Arrive 10 min early
Check-in, waiver, and suit up before the floor is yours. The clock starts on the crossing, not the paperwork.
Age and waiver
No guests under 9. Suggested ages are listed on each experience. Ages 9–17 need a parent or guardian on the waiver; ages 9–12 need that adult on-site.
Clean socks required
No shoes in most of the space. Clean socks are required in the arena — $3 a pair at checkout or the desk.
Leave valuables
Secure storage on site. Phones, jewelry, and extra layers stay out of the arena.
At checkout you can opt in to two texts: one the day before, and one only if the waiver is still unsigned. Msg & data rates may apply. Sign the waiver before you arrive
