How it works
01How membership works+–
Memberships are billed monthly and give standing access to Seaside VR's premium experience catalog at member pricing. Your monthly session(s) reset on your renewal date. Book included sessions online or by phone — members get priority scheduling over walk-ins. Unused sessions, buddy passes, and guest passes do not roll over.
02Buddy & guest passes+–
Gold members receive one Buddy Pass per month — bring one friend to your premium session at no extra charge. Platinum members receive one additional guest pass for each of their two monthly premium sessions. Family members get sessions sized for a family of four — up to four people on each of the two monthly sessions. All guests must complete the waiver before their session.
03Billing, renewal & cancellation+–
Memberships renew automatically each month until cancelled. No long-term contract and no cancellation fee — tell us before the next renewal date. Checkout is online; live Stripe handles the monthly charge after you paste keys in Admin → Payments.
