Corporate team building

They leave with a story

Not an icebreaker. Not bowling. A private world in your building — six people who have to talk, move, and cover each other. The quiet ones yell. The loud ones listen. That is the meeting.

We bring the arena. You bring the team. Kits, host, and breakdown included. They walk out with a photo and a sentence they will still use on Monday.

Why it works

Team building you cannot fake

Trust falls tell you who is polite. A verse tells you who calls the threat, who holds the door, and who laughs after. That is a memory with names on it — the only kind that changes how a team sits together the next morning.

A shared world

Six people, one floor, no slides. You either move as a unit or you don't. The debrief writes itself.

Everyone gets a crossing

Groups rotate. The ones waiting are about to go in, or they just came out talking.

The photo is the proof

We shoot the team at the end. That picture is the invite to next year's offsite.

How it works

You bring the team. We bring the world.

The crossing is the team-building. Setup is ours. You watch the room change.

Book the date

Tell us date, location, headcount, and how long you want the floor running.

We set up

Operator arrives about an hour early with kits, markers, and our own connection. We map the room before your people walk in.

Teams cross

Groups of up to 6 rotate through 15–30 minute sessions. We run briefings, safety, and the experiences.

We pack

Breakdown included. No kit to return. You get the photos.

Perfect for

The offsite they still talk about

Pick the calendar. The memory is the same: your people, one world, a story they did not get from a name tag.

Team building

The work is the verse. Call left. Cover the door. Trust the person you sat next to in standup. Nobody fakes that in a conference room.

The Monday story

Offsites die in the Slack recap. This one becomes 'remember when you froze at the bank door.' That sentence is the ROI.

Holiday parties

Skip the white-elephant hour. Give them a crossing they will still mention next December.

Sales kickoffs & offsites

Remote folks, new hires, the team that only meets on Zoom — they share a world for twenty minutes. Then they have something true to talk about.

School groups & youth

Field trips and scouts. Pharaoh's Tomb if they need wonder, not combat. Ages 11+.

Hotels, fundraisers, reunions

A private arena in a hall people already booked. Rainy-day programming that is not a movie in a ballroom.

Experiences we bring

Choose the crossing

Cops vs Robbers if they need to compete. Colony Olympus if leadership needs a longer story. Pharaoh's Tomb if the room wants wonder. The experience is the exercise — we just host it.

Common questions

FAQ

How far will you travel?
Portland metro, Oregon Coast, and the Willamette Valley. Within two hours of Seaside is included. Farther than that, we quote a travel fee.
How many people can play?
Six in VR at a time. Everyone else is in the rotation, watching, or on the leaderboard. Half-day covers about 36. Full-day covers 60+. Add a second arena to double the floor.
Can we do this at the Seaside arena instead?
Yes. Birthday and buyout packages hold the portal on Roosevelt Drive. Mobile is for when the team cannot leave the office.
First-timers?
Most of every room is first-timers. We brief, fit kits, and stay in the space. People can step out. Ages 11+.

Most inquiries get a response within 24 hours. Or call 503-717-5230. The Seaside arena is at 140 N Roosevelt Drive.
