In our Seaside room
Two ways
Block 140 N Roosevelt Drive for half a day or a full day. Ten people in the room, four in VR at a time. The rest watch on the TVs, rotate, and debrief. No other bookings. About an hour from Portland.
We bring the kits, the host, and our own connection to your office or offsite. Six in VR at a time. Portland-metro travel is included. You clear about 20' × 20' and one outlet.
Why it works
Trust falls tell you who is polite. A verse tells you who calls the threat, who holds the door, and who laughs after. That is a memory with names on it — the only kind that changes how a team sits together the next morning.
Your people, one floor, no slides. You either move as a unit or you don't. The debrief writes itself.
Groups rotate. The ones waiting are about to go in, or they just came out talking — and can watch on the TVs.
We shoot the team at the end. That picture is the invite to next year's offsite.
How it works
Reserve Seaside for up to ten, or we come to your building. Tell us date, headcount, and how long you want the floor running.
On the road: operator arrives about an hour early with kits and our own connection. In Seaside: the arena is already mapped. Send a deck if you want it on the TVs.
At Seaside, groups of 4. On the road, groups of 6. We run briefings, safety, and the experiences.
Breakdown included. No kit to return. You get the photos.
